We both know what it's like to feel pressure to stick to a certain image of 'success' but how do you stop this in its tracks before it leds to the dreaded burnout?

Kim provides her tips to recognise and manage stress before it leads to this point:

1. Recognising and acknowledging that you no longer feel like yourself/ you've lost that spark for life

2. Reaching out - it's okay to ask for help!

3. Re-prioritizing your time, how can you fit in more time for yourself to recharge?

Most importantly success is different for everyone and it is what makes YOU feel good!
