We know that for some, it can be hard to feel happy in your own company.
We've been there!
Whether you're looking to be happy single, navigating the dating world or wanting to escape codependency within your relationship, this episode is for you!
We touch on the five steps we have taken on our own journeys to build a stronger sense of self and security.
1. Having pockets of alone time

5. Setting realistic expectations and starting small
