8. Cycle Syncing & Coming off The Pill
Join us in today's episode as we talk through cycle syncing and our journey's with the contraceptive pill. If you are struggling with hormones, PMS or even just want to feel more in tune with your body then this episode is for you!
We explore how our hormones shifted post birth control, how we were able to get 'In the Flo' and how to live in alignment with our 28-day cycle. Kim touches on her experience with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) and Holly on her endometriosis.
We talk through key pages from Alisa Vitti's 'In The Flo' around each phase of your cycle (follicular, ovulatory, luteal, menstrual) and how to cater your movement, diet and inner dialogue around these whilst harnessing your feminine energy/power.
Even if you don't have a cycle this episode can help to further understand the beautiful nature of the women in your life and how you can support them throughout each phase.
