In this Episode we talk through how to find balance within day-to-day life by understanding your core values.
If you have been feeling drained or out of alignment then this episode is for you! We touch on the practical things you could be doing right now to help you live in line with your values and feel energised.
Balance isn't about 50/50 it is more than that and we talk you through how to figure out what works for you and how to make simple changes to feel happier:
- Taking Inspiration from others
- Trying new things that feel exciting!
- Allowing yourself to pause and reflect; does this actually feel good?
- Removing rigid rules and flowing with the seasons of life
