5. Holly's Journey to Wellness - Navigating ADHD and Endometriosis
In this solo episode, Holly talks you through her journey to wellness over the last 8 years.
Holly chats through everything from adopting veganism at a young age, to burning out in the fitness industry & accepting adult diagnoses of ADHD and endometriosis.
In the Q&A, she talks through her current treatment route for both conditions, the habits she has found the most helpful in her healing journey, her tips for managing ADHD or endometriosis, and her thoughts on recent legislation is New South Wales allowing General Practitioner's (GPs) to diagnose ADHD.
