- Putting yourself in places that align with you! e.g walk clubs or events
- Small talk and Compliments
- Connecting through social media
- Don't be afraid to reach out and message first
Our Top Tips for Maintaining Current Friendships:
- Be open and communicate where you are at, especially through challenges
- Find your common ground
- Become comfortable with being by yourself too!
